1st quarter – January 1st
2nd quarter – April 1st
3rd quarter – July 1st
4th quarter – October 1st

The 2024 Quarterly Dues are as follows:
– Common Area homes $558/quarter
– East Side/Maintenance Assisted homes $1,020/quarter

POOL HOURS & REMINDERS

Posted pool hours are:

• 7:00 am to 6:00 pm – November to February
• 7:00 am to 8:00 pm – March to October

Please leave Pool area clean after you are at pool; clean up any messes made and dispose of trash properly. These common areas are owned by all of us and should be maintained as if this was part of your home.

NOTICES

NO SOLICITING

“No Soliciting” signs were installed in July. If solicitors ring at your door, please inform them of the posted signs and ask them to leave.

GREEN DAYS

Reminder to all. Wisteria Park Rule & Regulations #12 states yard waste shall not be placed out for pickup earlier than 12 hours before scheduled pickup day (earliest late afternoon day before). Yard waste for pickup shall be placed on your property, not the public street or sidewalk.

BLACK CROWS

The Black Crows have returned. If you put trash out the evening before, please be sure to put it in a secured container. Recently, the birds have feasted and made a mess in neighborhood.
